The Gombe State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant Jibrin Idris, has extended his heartfelt condolences on the tragic passing of the State’s Commissioner of Internal Security, Lt Col. Abdullahi Bello (Rtd), his Police Orderly, Sergeant Adamu Husaini and their driver, who succumbed to injuries while receiving treatment at the hospital, following a fatal car accident that occurred on Friday.
A condolence message signed and made available to newsmen by the Corps Public Relations Officer SC Buhari Saad, said “The State Commandant conveyed his deepest sympathies to the families of the deceased, His Excellency Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, CON, their relatives, associates, and all those affected by this tragic loss”.
The State Commandant recognizes the immense contributions and dedication of Lt Col. Abdullahi Bello (Rtd) Sergeant Adamu Husaini and the Driver to the security and well-being of Gombe State.

“May the souls of Lt Col. Abdullahi Bello (Rtd), Sergeant Adamu Husaini, and their driver rest in eternal peace, and may Allah grant them Aljannatul Firdaus”, the commandant prayed.
He prayed for Allah to grant the families and loved ones of the deceased the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, and that they find solace in the Almighty.
