Gombe Govt Employs 7 Indigines At State Polytechnic Bajoga

In line with Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s job creation initiative to the teeming youth of Gombe State, the state government has offered employment to seven indigene with the State Polytechnic Bajoga.

This was according to a press statement signed and made available to Jewel Times by the Information Officer SSG’s Office Joshua Ɗanmalam.

Presenting letters of appointment to the beneficiaries, Governor Yahaya tasked them to offer the best service in their place of work for the progress of the institution and the state in general.

Represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, Governor Inuwa Yahaha said the state government is so much concerned about the rate of unemployment in the state, explaining that his administration has already registered thousands of graduates in the state with a view to reducing them as opportunities from both the federal and state avails.

While congratulating them on the appointments, the governor advised them to be responsible and supportive to their families.

Responding on behalf of parents and guardians of the beneficiaries, Alhaji Ma’awuya Muhammad Bello expressed gratitude to the Governor for the offer assuring that, the appointees will not disappoint the governor and government of the state praying Allah to bless Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya administration.

 

The presentation ceremony was witnessed by Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development, Muhammad Abdulkadir and Alhaji Sani Garba, SSA General Duties to the governor.
