EDUCATION: Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi Matriculates over four thousand Students for 2023/2024 Academic Session

Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi is set to become the first institution that will undergo Digital Accreditation from the National Board of Technical Education in the country.

 

The Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Hashim Sabo Bello made the disclosure during the matriculation ceremony of 2023/2024 academic session held at five hundred seaters hall of the polytechnic

 

The Rector however attributed the delay for accreditation of some of its courses to the ongoing NBTE digital process and vowed to work round the clock towards providing conducive environment for effective teaching and learning in the Polytechnic.

 

He described matriculation as a cardinal requirement for qualifying admitted students becoming bonafide members of a Polytechnic hence the need for the admitted students to fully support the polytechnic communities for smooth running of the academic activities.

 

Dr. Sabo Bello enjoined the newly admitted students to be law abiding with the rules and regulations of the Polytechnic and to concentrate in their studies for rapid development of the society.

He appreciated the leadership style of Governor Bala Mohammad of the state for supporting the higher education system in the state particular ATAP.

 

While administrating the oaths of allegiance to about four thousand matriculated students, the Registrar of the school, Mr. Lawal Sambo urged the admitted students to refrain from any social vices such as examination malpractice and cultism among other neglect behaviors.
