Chief of Defence Staff, Service Chiefs To Attend BRAVEIT Meeting On National Security

In an upcoming event organized by a non-governmental organization Building Resilience Against Violent Extremism, Insurgency and Terrorism (BRAVE-IT), the Chief of Defence Staff General Christopher Musa will be the Special Guest of Honour, accompanied by Service Chiefs, to discuss national security.

This was contained in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by the national coordinator of the NGO Aisha S Rabo.

Rano said scheduled for Friday, the event aims to shed lights on the non-kinetic operations of the Armed Forces of Nigeria in tackling insurgency, insecurity, and terrorism in the country.

It will equally delve into the significant achievements and ongoing efforts of the military in combating various threats such as insurgency, kidnapping, and banditry across Nigeria.

With a focus on highlighting the commendable endeavours of the Armed Forces in upholding the nation’s sovereignty, the breakfast meeting is anticipated to be an informative and interactive platform for discussing the crucial role played by the military in safeguarding the country.
