APC Wing Progressive Commends Gov Yahaya, President Tinubu Over Democratic Dividends

A pro APC group; ‘APC Wing Progressive’ has scored Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu high for their people oriented programs and policies that bring development to citizens at the door step.

 

The commendation was made by the national chairman of the group, Rear Admiral Othniel Gabdo Filafa (Retired) during an interview with news men.

 

Rear Admiral Filafa said in the last six years, Governor Yahaya has performed exceptionally especially in infrastructure that directly address plights of the common man.

 

“Before the coming of this administration, people of Balanga South have to cross through five local government areas before reaching to their headquarters, Talasse, a journey of less than 30 minutes, but had to spent over two hours. Inuwa Yahaya has now made this a history.”

 

The retired Navy officer who held from Banganje in Ɓilliri Local Government, said the positive narrative remained same in key sectors, like healthcare, education and security across the state.

 

“With the commitment and passion of His Excellency to universal health coverage, we now have at least one to two functional primary healthcare facilities across all wards in our LGAs,” the former Navy officer confirmed.

 

He equally saluted the governor for his unwavering commitment to ensuring peace and security in the state, noting that security is the cornerstone of all development.

The retired Navy high ranking officer equally appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his bold initiatives to turn around the fortunes of the country’s economy.

 

He noted that despite the challenges being faced by Nigerians due to the economic reforms, Rear Admiral Filafa encouraged the citizens to withstand the temporary shocks, assuring that the better page is already at their door step.

 

He appreciated the president for upgrading the newly reconstructed Kumo General Hospital to Federal Medical Centre, and for approving the resumption of oil exploration at the Kolmani site of the state.

He saluted the Tinubu eight points agender which he described as having direct bearing to the life of the Nigerian common man.

 

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda is a transformative policy thrust aimed at repositioning Nigeria as a prime global investment destination. The agenda focuses on eight presidential priority areas, including economic reform, national security, agriculture, energy and natural resources, infrastructure and transportation, education, health and social investment, industrialization and digitization, as well as governance”.

 

Rear Admiral Filafa restated his continuous support and loyalty to the Inuwa Yahaya led administration and that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Sustainable progress in Gombe State and Nigeria.
