The Nabalago Foundation has donated food items worth millions of Naira to support over 200 women in Ningi Local Government Area of Bauchi State during the 2025 Ramadan fasting period.

Speaking during the distribution, the Bauchi State House of Assembly and founder of the Nabalago Foundation, Abubakar Y. Sulaiman, said the donation aims to reduce economic hardship faced by Nigerians.

“The rational behind this donation is to alleviate the suffering of our people during this holy month,” Sulaiman said.

In her remarks, the Speaker’s wife Hajiya Hafsat Abubakar Sulaiman, urged the beneficiaries to utilize the items judiciously and support the foundation’s humanitarian services in Ningi LGA and Bauchi State at large.

The donated items include bags of rice, spaghetti, sugar, and granulated oil.

Beneficiaries Aisha Jibrin, Ramlatu Bako, and Jamila Zakari expressed gratitude to the Speaker for the gesture, promising to use the items judiciously.
