The Director General Due Process Bureau Gombe State Babayola Mohammed Isah was indeed an epitome of Fidelity, Integrity, Hard Work and Resilience.

His performance and track record of achievements within the period under review following his appointment as the helms Man in the procurement agency of Gombe State by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya in 2019 was testament to putting a round peck in a round hole.

On assumption of office Babayola hasn’t relented but hit the ground running by bringing his wealth of experience to bear by introducing some Reforms there by changing the narrative, ensuring sanity in the system especially in ensuring that Prudence, Due process and Integrity are followed in all government contracts and procurements at all levels.

A financial expert of high repute, the Director General Due Process Bureau aside ensuring a corrupt free agency has engaged in training and re-training of Staff for proficiency which stands the agency out not only in Gombe State but in the country as a whole.

Most commendable is the DGs transparent initiative in remitting what is due to government coffers. As of today, the Due Process Bureau under his headship has generated billions of Naira into Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) being proceeds from government contracts and other procurements.

These attributes and commitment however attracted Babayola Isah to a special commendation of excellent service from his Principal Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya CON where he lauded his effort in transforming the Bureau and being prudent in remittance to the State coffers encouraging him to do more.

Apart from Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s special commendation, his integrity earned him an “Integrity Icon Award 2022″ by the accountability lab, an international leadership organization.

not only that, his incorruptible posture gained him another Award as ” Ambassador of Ethics and conscience” while Gombe Due Process Bureau was ranked second in Administrative Proficiency in Nigeria by Anti corruption centre, The Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation an independent Anti corruption watch organization in Nigeria.

Another recognition was from the Institute of Corporate Administration where he bagged a Fellow Corporate Administration Institute (FCAI) an award bestowed on him in recognition of his missionary approach to administrative matters, dynamism in adoption of contemporary management principles, leadership competence and public spiritedness.

A quintessential personality with high respect for humanity, a public servant of integrity, one person who’s passion in life is to always maintain a good reputation whenever given the task as well as a committed and strong supporter of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and the All progressive Congress (APC), Mohammed Babayola’s tremendous support, and contribution / service to humanity endured him into the heart of many. The paramount ruler of his hometown Nidigurah Cham Dr James Chachis was not left out in recognising the courageous hardworking disposition of the Due Process Director General by conferring on him the revered traditional title of the Danmakayon Cham.

While commending his resilience and hard work, incorruptible posture and more, one would no doubt say that Governor Yahaya has made the right choice worthy of commendation by ALL!
