In a vibrant display of culture and tradition, the Gombe Emirate has celebrated the appointment of Anas Adamu Muhammad (Anas Lubel), as the new Dokajin Gombe. The event, held at the residents of Lubel, was a testament to the rich heritage and unity of the people of Gombe.
The ceremony showcased the diverse cultures within the emirate. Dignitaries, community leaders, and residents gathered in large numbers to witness the historic occasion.
Anas Lubel, is a resper MD/CEO of Salbrix Nig and founder of the Anas Luberoundation, an organization dedicated to empowering the youth and supporting community development initiatives.
The title “Dokajin Gombe” which was announced by Usman Muhammad (Shamakin Gombe) is a prestigious traditional title within the Emirate, symbolizing leadership, responsibility, and service to the community.
Speaking on behalf of the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Aliyu Muhammad (Dawakin Gombe) stated that by conferring the title upon Anas Lubel, the Emirate acknowledges his contributions and entrusts him with greater roles in promoting peace, development and the welfare of the people.
He urged the new Dokajin Gombe to sustain the good works contained in his CV and to be a good ambassador and representative of the emirate.
