The winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Balanga-Billiri Federal Constituency in Gombe State, Hon. Ali Isa JC, has called on his fellow contestants to unite and work together to secure victory for the party in the 2027 general elections.
Speaking with journalists shortly after being declared the winner of the keenly contested primary, Ali JC made a passionate appeal to all aspirants and their supporters to shelve personal interests and differences in order to strengthen the party’s position at all levels.
Ali JC said “The primary election was a family affair, not a contest of enemies. I am extending a hand of friendship to all my fellow contestants. Let us set aside our differences, unite our strengths, and work as one cohesive team. Our true goal is to ensure the APC remains the preferred choice for our people in 2027.”
He noted that the ruling APC continues to enjoy robust and growing support from citizens at both the state and federal levels, a momentum he argued must be sustained through collective party efforts.
“The trust the people have in me and the APC is evident, however, we can only consolidate on these gains if we maintain a united front. I encourage every member and supporter to sustain the spirit of unity and cooperation because a divided house cannot stand, but together, our victory is assured.”
Looking ahead to the general elections, the APC candidate promised to run an inclusive campaign and assured the constituents of Balanga-Billiri that his leadership would focus on impactful representation.
“I want to assure the good people of Balanga-Billiri Federal Constituency that this victory belongs to all of us,” Ali JC stated, noting that “I am fully committed to building upon our ongoing development efforts and ensuring that the true dividends of democracy reach every corner of our constituency.”
