Governor Bala Muh’d Charges Bauchi Corps Members To Be Good Ambassadors

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad of Bauchi State has charged corps members deployed to the state for one year national service to be good ambassadors during their stay in the state.

The Governor stated this during the swearing in ceremony of 2024 Batch “A” Stream 1 Corps Members posted to Bauchi State at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Wailo.

Bala Mohammad represented by his deputy, Auwal Muhammad Jatau, who observed that NYSC Scheme provided an opportunity for the corps members to improve their academic status, called on them to avoid unnecessary behaviors during and after the three weeks orientation course.

He appreciated the commitment of the NYSC State Coordinator for doing everything possible to strengthen the system in the state.

Also speaking, the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Salis Gamawa appreciated the administration of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad for supporting NYSC activities in the state and urged the corps members to reciprocate the gesture by discharging their assigned responsibilities effectively.

In her address,The Bauchi State NYSC Coordinator Mrs. Rifkatu Daniel Yakubu said corps members deployed to the state for national service have completed their registration, maintaining that the three week orientation course is one of the cardinal activities of NYSC guidelines towards the development of national values.

She advised the corps members to fully participate in all camp activities to achieve the desire goals.

Our Bauchi State Correspondent reported that about 1276 2024 Batch “A” Stream 1, Corps Members were deployed to the state for the one year mandatory national assignment.
