…Describes New Salary Scale As Promise Made, Promise Fulfilled
The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) Gombe State Chapter has commended Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for successfully rolling out the CONMESS and CONHESS salary structures for all health workers in the state.
In a statement co-signed by the Chairman of the association Isaac Kwagam and Secretary Ishaya Danladi, hailed the move as historic, describing it as “A landmark step that will uplift the morale of health workers, prevent brain drain, and ultimately enhance the quality of healthcare delivery in Gombe State.
“With this promise fulfilled, the health workforce has received a significant boost, now the entire members of AMLSN and the sister associations are celebrating this momentous achievement”, the statement further added.
The association expressed full appreciation to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for once again displaying an uncommon leadership trait, pledging to replicate the gesture through renewed vigour of service to the state and the nation as a whole.
