The historic turbaning ceremony is being organized by the family of the Late Wakilin Doka, Alhaji Umaru Yole, in honour of their enduring legacy in traditional leadership. The event will also serve as a tribute to the late Wakilin Doka’s commitment to service and tradition, now symbolically passed on to his grandson, Faruk.
